District transforms into a street party with the Caracol Festival 2012.
Discover how the city that makes it happen is raising awareness for the
preservation of cultural heritage and conservation of the environmentm as
hundreds of Makati students troop to the streets clad in their colorfulm
nature-inspired costumes in the city's own version of the Mardi Gras.
