MAJOR FOODIE: Waffles Corner

Last Saturday, we went to SSS Village in Marikina to (finally) try the new waffle place there called Waffles Corner. It was a very cozy place with warm-colored interiors and wooden tables and chairs. I ordered a waffle with real strawberry and ripe mango fruit slices. Read more to see how it looked like:

Neat, eh? It was very nice and flavorful. The waffle has that sought-after crunch and the fruits were freshly sliced so the meal was really heavenly.

Yummy strawberry and ripe mango bits. These two are among my favorite fruits, so it was a real treat for me. :)

For PhP85.00, it was worth it for me. Sure, the price should've been a tad bit lower since it's a small-time, budding business, but, hey, I'm okay with paying a little extra for that extra quality, you know what I mean? :)

Next time I visit, I will try their Breakfast Plates (torn between the Sausage and Ham variants) and the Banana Berry smoothie.

Waffles Corner is located at 59-A Gen. Ordonez St. Marikina Heights, Marikina City - infront of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPSC).

The place may look small, but it can sit around 30 people at once. I'm thinking of hosting an intimate brunch event here. What do you think?
